Stayed at a place, pretty sure it's called Hanoi-something, where the air-con worked and I didn't have to pay for parking. Got to do the concierge's job for them. Views of the city were.well, it was a city. Impressed?
Spent quality time with a massive spider in the bathroom. Had to give it a lift off the balcony.

Huong, the host, is incredibly friendly and makes you feel like part of her family. You can also rent a scooter from her. The homestay is located in a quiet area, away from the main road, making it peaceful at night. It is also within walking distance to the center of the Old Quarter. The extended stay option was a testament to how good the experience was.

Perfume was always available to help with any request, no matter the time or place. She made sure to accommodate our vegetarian dietary preferences, offering a variety of options for breakfast and dinner. She even allowed us to use her kitchen to prepare our own meals. Perfume's kindness and generosity left a lasting impression on us, and we highly recommend staying at her homestay.
We felt very happy during our stay and had no reason to complain.
